[0001] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to the assembly of consumable fluid tanks in a motor vehicle. The mounting of fuel tanks, in particular liquid, of the diesel type (or gasoline) in a vehicle, in a known manner, is operated in one or more steps, and generally comprises a pre-assembly step before the actual mounting on the vehicle. . The fuel tank, once mounted in the vehicle, is equipped with a number of accessories to which it is connected, directly or indirectly, and which participate functionally in the function of filling, storage and distribution of the fluid to or from the tank in question. The accessories in question include at least ducts. This is particularly the filler neck, connected to the tank and opening through a filling head in the fuel filler door of the vehicle. It can also be a possible degassing pipe. All these pipes, and at least the filler neck, can be monobloc with the tank. Alternatively, they can be manufactured independently of the tank and have to be returned to the tank later, by an operation known as sleeving. The thus equipped tank is then mounted on the vehicle, in the terminal plant, by a so-called "styling" operation, consisting in depositing the tank and its tubings on a plate, also called "sledge", arranged under the base of the vehicle, then mount the assembly on the vehicle. Currently, to meet the standards of pollution control in force, it becomes necessary to have a new type of consumable fluid reservoir, namely a fluid to treat at least some of the emissions of gas deemed polluting in the gas. exhaust. It is more particularly a question of reducing the quantity of NOx at the outlet of the exhaust line by treating them on the exhaust line by the so-called SCR technique (known as Selective Catalytic Reduction for Selective Catalytic Reduction). ), using a reducing agent precursor. Most often, it is urea in aqueous phase, which, injected into the exhaust line, transforms into ammonia to reduce NOx to inert N2. The reducing agent precursor reservoir (hereinafter also referred to as the urea reservoir for the sake of conciseness) is generally smaller than the fuel tank. For example, for a passenger vehicle, the urea tank can have a capacity of 10 to 20 liters, while the fuel tank has at least twice the capacity. The filler necks are also dimensioned accordingly. According to a configuration, it is possible to implement the fuel tanks and reducing fluid in the vehicle so that their respective filling troughs open in the same area, at the filling door of the vehicle, so as to have only one filling door, easily accessible, for both types of fluid. In this configuration, it has been observed an increased risk of breakage, or at least slump, of the filler neck of the reducing fluid reservoir during the simultaneous capping operation of the two tanks, in particular because of its small size. It is also known from patent FR 2 827 363 a multifunction clip 20 comprising means for holding functional elements, final clipping means and temporary clipping means. The invention therefore aims to improve the maintenance of the filler neck of a consumable fluid reservoir located in the vicinity of another consumable fluid reservoir also equipped with a filler neck. The invention firstly relates to a set of consumable fluid reservoirs for a motor vehicle, comprising a first reservoir equipped with a first filler neck and a second reservoir equipped with a second filler neck, each in fluid connection with their respective tanks and opening into the same filling zone by filling heads. According to the invention, the first chute is fixed at least temporarily to the second chute in or near the filling zone by fixing means comprising a first portion attached to the first chute and integrally connected to a second portion 3034052 shaped clamp gripping the second chute on at least half of its periphery. The invention thus provides a mechanical connection between the two filler necks, which are close at least in the zone where they open together at the level of the filler flap of the vehicle in the position of use in the vehicle. This connection may be temporary, and, as detailed below, be implemented during the styling operation, to ensure that the assembly of the assembly in the vehicle operates without breakage, collapse, warping of the vehicle. one of the chutes, the one that has the least mechanical resistance of both. In the case of a fuel tank associated with a fluid reservoir of the urea type, it is the trough of the urea tank, the less resistant, which, thus hooked to the fuel tank trunking, can be preserved during styling. It should be noted that this mechanical fastening also has the advantage of being able to locally ensure a correct and reproducible relative positioning between the two troughs, which is all the more useful near their ends, to ensure the desired spacing between the two. filling heads in the area of the filler flap. Using a clamping means with a clamp on one of the chutes, which will preferably be the most rigid, the most mechanically resistant, is very advantageous: an operator can thus first fix, for example by screwing, the first part of the fixing means 20 on one of the troughs on the styling sledge, then insert the second trough in the second part in the form of clamp without tools. This mechanical attachment is especially useful for the styling operation, it can be temporary, and be removed once the assembly is completed in the vehicle. In this case, the fastening means are recovered and reused for the next styling operation on the production line of the vehicle. One can also choose to maintain this attachment once the assembly mounted in the vehicle: on the one hand, it avoids a disassembly operation on the line, on the other hand this joining contributes to the stiffening of the two trunking and maintain their positioning correct relative in use. [0015] Preferably, the first and second parts of the fixing means are respectively on the filling head of the first and second chutes. 3034052 4 [0016] Indeed, it is at the level of the filling heads that the two chutes are closer to each other, and it is their heads especially that problems of weakening or rupture tend to begin. Preferably, the portion fixed on the first chute comprises a base which is fixed by mechanical fixing means, in particular by screwing, on said chute. It is thus possible to provide elements of complementary shape that grip the base around the chute by screws. Preferably, the mechanical fastening means also fix a fastening tab to the vehicle, by a single screwing operation. [0019] Advantageously, according to a first variant embodiment, the gripper-shaped part has a C shape, and it clippes in force around the periphery of the second chute. Advantageously, according to a second embodiment, the gripper-shaped portion has a hinge, and it closes with locking on the entire periphery 15 of the second chute. In this case, the operator positions the clamp open, then closes it by cooperation between the two ends of the clamp. According to a preferred embodiment, the section of the first chute is smaller than the section of the second chute. It is therefore this first chute that we seek to strengthen mechanically by securing it to the second chute. According to an exemplary embodiment, the first reservoir is a depollution agent tank, in particular a reducing agent precursor liquid, and the second reservoir is a fuel tank. [0023] Preferably, the gripper-shaped portion is provided on its inner face with anti-rotation retaining means, in particular in the form of claws (or a rough surface). The claws can cooperate with corresponding stops on the chute, to ensure anti rotation and also its locking. Preferably, the gripper-shaped portion enclosing the second chute is maintained in translation position by one or more ribs or stops present on the second chute, preferably on the filling head thereof. Advantageously, the fixing means are temporary fixing means for a pre-assembly of the two tanks before assembly of the assembly on a vehicle. The invention also relates to a method of mounting the set of tanks as described above on the vehicle, such that the first tank 5 is pre-assembled to the second tank by the fastening means, then that we mount the whole vehicle. The invention is described in more detail below using two non-limiting exemplary embodiments, illustrated with the aid of the following figures. Both examples relate to an assembly comprising a fuel tank (gasoline) and a tank of urea for the treatment of NOx in the exhaust gas of an engine equipped with a heat engine. Figures 1 to 8 relate to a first embodiment: Figure 1 shows the implementation of the two types of tank and their associated tubing on a plate ("sled") vehicle mounting; Figure 2 is an enlargement of the filler head of the fuel tank chute prior to assembly; Figure 3 is an enlargement of the filling head of the trough of the urea tank before assembly; Figures 4, 5 and 6 show how to proceed to assemble the two trunking of the two tanks; Figures 7 and 8 show the two chutes once assembled together; (all views are jumper views) FIGS. 9 to 13 relate to a second exemplary embodiment: FIG. 9 represents the implantation of the two types of tank and their associated tubings when mounted on a vehicle; Figure 10 is an enlargement of the filler head of the fuel tank trunking assembly according to the invention to the trough of the urea reservoir, as well as Figures 11 to 13 (Figures 10 and 13 are views of face, the other figures are cavalier views). All these figures are to be considered as schematic and not necessarily to scale. Take the first embodiment as shown in Figures 1 to 8.
[0002] 1 shows the fuel tank 1 associated with its filler neck 2. the urea reservoir 3 associated with its filler neck 4, all of these members 3034052 6 being placed on a plate 5 also called "sledge Intended to allow the styling operation, that is to say assembly of the bodies in a motor vehicle (not shown) on a vehicle assembly line. The bodies 1,2,3,4 are already shown in vehicle mounting position. The fuel tank 1 defines a volume substantially larger than the urea tank 3 (at least twice as much). FIG. 1 shows that the two troughs 2,4 are connected at one of their ends to an opening made in their respective tanks, and that they open at the other end of their ends by a filling head provided with a tip, the two filling heads opening in the vicinity of one another: in the vehicle, they will lead into the area of the fuel filler door of the body. Figure 2 is an enlargement of the filling head of the chute 2 of the fuel tank 1 before assembly with the other chute 4. Are represented: the zone 6, which is the area that will be secured to the chute 4, a fastening clip 7, 15 a screwing point 8 for the side of the vehicle body, in a bearing area of the bracket of the head of the chute 4, as detailed below. Figure 3 is an enlargement of the filling head of the chute 4 of the urea tank 3, already provided with fixing means 8 to the filling head of the fuel chute. These means comprise a base 81 which is screwed on the filling head 20, and a clamp 82, having a hinge 83. In Figure 3, the clamp is in the open position. Figure 3 also shows a tab 9 provided with a hole 91 provided for screwing the chute 4 on the side of the vehicle body and a hole 92 for subsequent mounting with a double clip. Figures 4 to 6 show the assembly of the two trunks 2 and 4 by the clamp 25, this assembly having the purpose of maintaining in position the troughs, and especially strengthen, rigidify the trough 4 of the urea tank 3 which is the least mechanically resistant and least maintained: the operator comes to present the clamp 82 in the open position to position it around the filling head 2 of the fuel tank 1, then comes close, and lock it around the filling head by the small 30 complementary harpoons which are gripping tabs 84,85 disposed at both ends of the clamp. In the closed position, the clamp 82 encloses the entire periphery of the filling head 2. The assembly of the two chutes thus produced is simple to carry out, it makes it possible to maintain the trough 4 in position and thus resting on the trough 2, which 3034052 7 gives it sufficient rigidity to withstand without deterioration to the actual styling operation. It should be noted that the fastening means 8 also make it possible to guarantee an appropriate spacing between the two filling heads, and to make it possible to make up any possible dimensioning and positioning dispersions of the filler neck 2 of the fuel tank 1. [0034 Figures 7 and 8 show the last step of this pre-assembly: the operator turns the chute 4 of the urea tank in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow, to clip the clip delivered with the filler neck 2 of the fuel tank 1, which will pre-maintain the trough 4 of the urea tank on the upper part of the trough 2 of the fuel tank. Figures 9 to 13 relate to a second example of pre-assembly of the two filler necks of a fuel tank and a urea tank. Figure 9 shows the fuel tanks 1 'and urea 3' associated with their respective filler chutes 2 'and 4' once the assembly mounted in the vehicle 15 (which is shown only the contours of the body 10 at one of the rear wheels, above which area opens the filling door 11 for filling each of the tanks 1 ', 3'). Figure 10 shows a front view of the filling heads of the two chutes, with fastening means 8 'constituting a variant of the fastening means 20 of the first example: there is a base portion 81' attached to the chute 4 of the urea tank by mechanical screwing means (by two elements of complementary shapes coming to grip it by screwing around the chute, and also fixing by screwing the fixing lug 12 provided with an orifice allowing its subsequent screwing to the vehicle body). Said base 81 'is rigidly connected to a gripper-shaped portion 82'. But in this example, the clamp 82 'has a shape of C and is hinge-free: it is inserted by force, by clipping, around the filling head of the chute 2' of the fuel tank 1 '. Once inserted, as shown also in the following figures, it encloses about half (or more) of the periphery of the head of the chute 2 '. Figures 11 and 12 are side views of the zone of the heads of the troughs 2 'and 4' provided with their fastening means 8 '. As shown in Figure 13, the C-clamp 82 'is provided at each of its ends with a lug 83', 84 ', which will each cooperate with abutments 13 (a single 3034052 8 visible in the figure) to ensure the locking of the clamp on the chute 2 ', as well as block the positioning of the clamp in rotation. We also see that the clamp 82 is also locked in translation by the presence of ribs 14, 14 'present on the circumference of the filling head of the chute 2'. It may be noted that, in the two examples described, the fastening means 8 and 8 'can be left after mounting in the vehicle of all the two tanks, or removed once the capping operation is completed, the withdrawal being done fairly simply and quickly. If left in the vehicle, a stiffening of the assembly is added which is beneficial and which ensures a constant spacing between the two filling heads in use, which is also beneficial. It may also be noted that in this case, after-sales, it is also easy to remove these fastening means, whether to change a chute or a tank or to disassemble one of these organs to reach another. The fastening means 8, 8 'may preferably be monobloc. They are preferably made of polymeric material and have, especially for the C-clamps, sufficient elasticity to be clipped into force. They are light: keeping them in the vehicle is negligible overweight. Note that in the two examples described, the filling heads are monobloc with the chutes, but that they can alternatively be previously reported on the chutes.
